Chemical peels
A peel is a carefully chosen solution that loosens the top layer of dead skin, so fresher skin comes through. We offer all types of peels, from very light glow peels to stronger peels for pigmentation and acne.

How it works
A chemical peel is a measured solution, often based on fruit or plant acids such as glycolic, lactic, mandelic or salicylic acid, applied to clean skin for a few minutes. It loosens the bonds that hold dead cells together, so the dull, tanned or pigmented top layer sheds faster and fresher skin comes through.
Different peels do different jobs: salicylic peels clear oil and acne, mandelic and lactic peels are gentle on darker and sensitive skin, and combination peels target pigmentation. We start light, watch how your skin responds and build up.
Good for
- Tan and dark patches
- Active acne and marks
- Dull, rough skin
How many sessions?
Usually 4 to 6 sessions, 2 to 3 weeks apart.
What to expect
- 1
Consultation
Dr. Chetna looks at your skin or hair, asks about your routine and explains your options.
- 2
Peel
The peel is applied for a few minutes, then neutralised. A mild tingle is normal.
- 3
Recovery
Light flaking for a few days with stronger peels.
Results and how long they last
Skin looks smoother and brighter within a week of the first peel. Tan, marks and pigmentation lighten gradually over a course of 4 to 6 peels. Daily sunscreen keeps the result.

The cost depends on the type and strength of the peel and the number of sessions in your plan.

Questions people ask
Will my skin peel a lot?
Light peels cause little or no peeling. We tell you what to expect before we start.
Can I go to work after a peel?
Yes, after most peels. Skin may feel tight and flake lightly for a few days with stronger peels.
Are peels safe for dark skin?
Yes, when the right peel is chosen. We prefer gentler acids for darker skin and avoid aggressive peels that can leave marks.
Should I peel the flaking skin?
No. Let it shed on its own and keep moisturising. Pulling it can leave dark marks.
