Mole, wart and corn removal
Unwanted moles, warts, skin tags and corns can be removed with laser in a short visit. The area is numbed first, and most people go back to work the same day.

How it works
Every growth is checked first. Moles that have changed in size, shape or colour, bleed, itch or look unusual are not removed for looks; we refer you for a proper check. Harmless moles, warts, skin tags and corns are then removed in the same visit.
The area is numbed with a small injection or cream. A precise laser or radiofrequency device then removes the growth layer by layer, sealing tiny blood vessels as it goes, so there is little or no bleeding and usually no stitches. Corns are pared and treated so the pressure point settles.
Good for
- Moles you do not want
- Warts and skin tags
- Painful corns on the feet
How many sessions?
Usually one session. Larger warts may need a second.
What to expect
- 1
Check first
We examine the mole or wart. Anything unusual is referred for a check before removal.
- 2
Numbing and laser
A few minutes per spot.
- 3
Healing
A small scab forms and falls off in about a week.
Results and how long they last
A small scab forms and falls off in 7 to 10 days, leaving a pink spot that fades over a few weeks. Warts are caused by a virus, so a new one can appear elsewhere; deep moles occasionally need a second sitting.
What affects the cost
The cost depends on how many growths are removed and their size and depth. Several small skin tags or warts are usually done in one sitting.
We tell you the full cost of your plan before you start, so there are no surprises. For today’s price, or a running offer, just ask on WhatsApp.
Before you book, tell us if
- A mole has recently changed, bleeds or itches (it needs checking, not removal for looks)
- You form thick, raised scars (keloids) easily
- You take blood thinners or have a bleeding or platelet disorder
- You have diabetes and the corn or wart is on the foot (tell us, so we take extra care)
Aftercare
- Keep the area clean and dry
- Do not pick, scratch or scrub the area
- Use sunscreen every morning
Questions people ask
Will it leave a mark?
Usually only a small pink spot that fades over a few weeks.
Is mole removal painful?
You feel the small numbing injection; after that the removal itself is painless. It may feel a little sore for a day.
Can a removed mole grow back?
Occasionally a deep mole leaves a little pigment behind. If it reappears, a short second sitting removes it.
Should I cut off a skin tag at home with thread?
Please do not. It can bleed, get infected and leave a scar. Removal in clinic takes only minutes.
