Pigmentation and dark spots
Dark spots, tan and patches can be lightened gradually with laser toning, peels and the right home care. We start gently, check how your skin responds and build up over a few sessions.

How it works
Pigmentation is extra melanin in the skin, made in response to sun, hormones, inflammation such as acne, or friction. The first step is finding which type you have: sun spots, tan, marks after pimples, freckles or melasma. Each responds to a different plan.
Treatment usually combines laser toning, which breaks pigment into tiny particles the body clears, with gentle peels that speed up skin renewal, and a home routine with sunscreen and pigment-reducing creams. For melasma we stay gentle on purpose, because aggressive treatment can make it darker.
Good for
- Dark spots and patches
- Stubborn tan
- Uneven skin tone
How many sessions?
Several sessions are usually needed. We suggest a plan after the consultation.
What to expect
- 1
Consultation
Dr. Chetna looks at your skin or hair, asks about your routine and explains your options.
- 2
Patch test
A small area is tested first so the settings suit your skin.
- 3
Treatment sessions
Short sessions a few weeks apart.
Results and how long they last
Tan and marks after pimples often lighten within a few sessions. Sun spots respond well to laser. Melasma improves more slowly and needs long-term care, because sun and heat can bring it back.
What affects the cost
The cost depends on the type of pigmentation, the area, and the mix of laser sessions, peels and home creams in your plan.
We tell you the full cost of your plan before you start, so there are no surprises. For today’s price, or a running offer, just ask on WhatsApp.

Aftercare
- Daily sunscreen is essential

Questions people ask
Will it come back?
Sun can bring pigmentation back, which is why daily sunscreen matters so much.
Can melasma be cured permanently?
Melasma can be lightened a lot and kept under control, but it tends to return with sun, heat and hormonal changes. Daily sunscreen and maintenance are part of the plan.
Why did my skin get darker after using a fairness cream?
Some creams sold over the counter contain steroids. They lighten at first, then cause thinning, redness and rebound darkening. Stop and show us the cream.
